If you have just started to experience pain or have had pain for a while, there is one principle you will need to know about to help with this. You will want to know how to work from clarity. Now what does this mean?

When pain comes up, you will need to ask yourself: Am I in any danger of an injury right now? Meaning, is a bone going to break? Am I going to sprain my ankle? Will I get a head injury? If you have had pain for a long time it is incredibly uncomfortable, limiting, and frustrating. After so much pain it is likely that our body no longer feels powerful, dependable, and something that brings us happiness. In this situation it can almost be impossible to see our body’s capability.

That is often what we hear when it is described in newspapers, magazines or perhaps by friends or yoga teachers. You probably don’t think angry, pain, and suffering.
